During the first step in Invisalign treatment, your provider digitally scans your teeth and maps out a treatment plan so you can see what the final result will look like. When your custom-made clear aligners are ready, you can begin wearing them for 20-22 hours every day. Take the aligners out when you eat and brush your teeth.

Take care of your aligners and your teeth by keeping both clean. Brush your teeth after eating meals and floss daily.
